Setting Up External Accounts

On the External Accounts window, you can record your login information for agency management systems. You must complete the External Accounts fields before you can upload submissions from an agency management system.

To set up login information for External Accounts:
  1. From the Agent Workspace menu, select Settings > External Accounts. The External Accounts window appears.
  2. Enter your user name, password, and password verification for each agency management system to which you have access.
  3. Click OK to save your changes.
