Updating Your User Profile

From the User Profile window, you can edit your contact information. This information is initially entered by the administrator who creates your user account for the Agent Workspace.

To update your user profile:
  1. Select Settings > User Profile. The User Profile window appears.

  2. Edit any of the fields.

    Note: Your e-mail address is read-only. That information is set by your Geaux administrator when your user account is created. If you need to change your e-mail address, contact your Geaux administrator.

  3. Click OK to save your edits.
