Using the Account Overview Tab

The Account Overview form includes details about the account. Business Analysts create this form in the Forms Manager and can customize it for each implementation. It is possible to display the last modified date on this form. The last modified date updates whenever any submission related to the account is modified.

Submissions List

The Account Overview also includes a list of all of the account's submissions. Submissions are ordered by effective date in descending order. If the default preference that allows you modify candidate accounts is selected, you can edit this data before the account has been validated.

The information in this window updates automatically when the account is created from a submission, and changes to this data are applied automatically to account data on the associated submissions.

Creating a New Submission

To create a new submission for this account, click Create Submission. The New Submission window opens. When you complete it and click Create Submission, the new submission tab opens in the same grouping with the matching account tab.

Upgrading Account Forms

Whenever you open an account, Geaux checks the version of the account form templates and upgrades any forms that require upgrading. When forms are upgraded, a pop-up notification informs you that the upgrades have occurred. The upgraded forms may include additional fields or field options, so you may need to provide more information after you initially complete the forms.
