Printing Submissions

You can print draft submissions or submitted applications from the Overview tab of the submission. You can select specific parts of the submission to print (or print the entire submission). You can also print to a printer or to a file by selecting either Print or Download PDF.

To print a submission:
  1. From the Home tab, double-click the name of the submission you want to print. The submission opens.
  2. On the Overview tab, click Print Submission under I want to. The Print Submission window appears. The content of this window varies, based on the status of the submission. For example, a Quotes section with proposals only exists after the first proposal has been received, and the items that display under Quotes differ, based on the proposal status. Additional proposals appear in the list as they are received.

  3. Select the sections of the submission you want to print (or select All) to print all of the listed items:

Note: If there is no information to print (for example, if you selected Notes only from the Print Submission window, but the submission does not include any notes, the following message displays: "There is no data to print from the selected options." If you select multiple options and the submission includes some but not all of them, the print output includes the information that does exist. It does not specifically indicate that the other information does not exist.

  3. Click Close to close the Print Submission window.
