Search filters

Underwriting Management provides a powerful and intuitive search and filter capability that makes it easy for you to find accounts, submissions, tasks, and other data.

To use a base configuration search filter or a saved custom search filter, select the filter from the drop-down menu () in the widget title bar. For more information, refer to Manage search filters.
  • Base configuration search filters

    Underwriting Management comes with the following base configuration search filters:

    • My Agency - Active lists the active submissions that exist for your agency. (Active submissions exclude these status groups: Declined, Rejected, Lost, Renewed, Expired, Non-Renewed, or Canceled.)

    • My Agency - All lists all submissions assigned to your agency. (If this filter has been configured with a specific date range, details of the date range are provided.)

    • My Branch - Active lists active submissions that exist for your branch. (Active submissions exclude these status groups: Declined, Rejected, Lost, Renewed, Expired, Non-Renewed, or Canceled.)

    • My Branch - All lists all submissions assigned to your branch. (If this filter has been configured with a specific date range, details of the date range are provided.)

    Note: These filters and any saved custom filters display in the search filters drop-down list.
  • Custom searches and search filters

    You can create custom searches based on any available combination of submission properties by modifying a base configuration filter and saving your criteria. For more information, refer to Search in a widget.
