Standard submission sections

Each section of the submission is accessible from the navigation sidebar when the submission is open. The sections that appear in the submission vary, based on the submission status and the user's role and actions. For example, the Proposals section appears only after a user has created a proposal for the submission. The table below identifies the points in the workflow when Underwriting Management adds sections to a submission.

Note: The Account Worksheet, Reports, and Worksheets sections never display in UM Agent.

Note: If Underwriting Management is configured to allow user-entered, submission-specific text for custom icons, you can specify the custom text to use on the relevant Submission, Application, or Worksheet form that contains the fields for the icons you want to provide with submission-specific text. You must enter the text separately for each submission where you want it to display:
  • Enter true in that text field to display the default content that is defined for the custom icon.
  • Enter any other text in that field (such as My Custom Icon) to display your specific text when you move the cursor over the custom icon.
  • Leave the text field blank to prevent the custom icon from displaying.
