Create or reset an agency user's password
About this task
Note: The Users menu and Manage Agency
Users screen are visible only if you have been granted the ability to
administer other agency users.
Procedure

.The Manage Agency Users screen appears.

Click the row for the user for whom you want to create or reset a password.
A user details screen appears. If the system has never created a password for the user, the Create Password action is available. Otherwise, the Reset Password action is available.

or , depending on which action is available.A confirmation window appears.
- Click Yes to create or reset the password.
