The Home tab that displays when you log into Geaux depends on your default user preference. Three Home pages are available:
From the Home tab, you can sort and search for existing accounts, submissions, or tasks. Each Home page also includes My What's New and My Tasks that are specific to your submissions and accounts.
You can navigate back and forth among the different Home tabs by clicking Submissions, Accounts, or Tasks at the top left of the Home tab. (If any of these options do not display, you do not have the permission that is required to display the missing option.)
You can modify your user preferences to change the default Home tab to display when you log into Geaux.
Through your user preferences, you can control which Home tab displays by default when you log into the Underwriting Workstation.
The following items exist in the menu bar at the top of the Agent Workspace:
The Search field enables you to filter the list of submissions, accounts, or tasks by a word or phrase. As you begin entering text, the list automatically updates to remove items that do not match the characters you are typing. To clear the search results, click the
icon that appears inside the Search field when it includes text.
The Filter list provides default filters for submissions, accounts or tasks. The available filters vary, depending on which Home tab is displaying. When you select a filter from the list, the filter name continues to display in the list as long as that filter is active.
The My What's New and My Tasks panes display on each Home tab. For more information, refer to My What's New Messages and My Tasks.
